There are two shipping options for orders within the 50 US States and the District of Columbia:

	Standard Shipping - Free	Expedited Shipping - (Prices may vary)
Standard Products	Within 4-6 business days	Within 2-3 business days
Custom Products	Please contact us for more details	Not Available

Delivery times shown in the table include order processing and transit. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Remember, if you decide to return your item(s), shipping costs will not be refunded. All shipments are fully insured.

Shipping Abroad

Off The Chain Bicycles is not currently selling abroad. Please check back later or contact us for questions regarding international shipping.

HAWAII, ALASKA AND INTERNATIONAL

Off The Chain Bicycles offers a FREE Shipping service to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to international destinations

Delivery

We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
You can track the delivery status of your order any time either by selecting Track Orders at the bottom of the page or using the carrier’s website.
